Sigma-Aldrich taps Vistant for customer product management services
SAN DIEGO, California (November 18, 2002) --Sigma-Aldrich Corp. has chosen Vistant Corp. to deliver automated systems that manage and dispense chemicals and supplies within major customer sites in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and academic sectors.
Sigma-Aldrich will offer Vistant technology to its extensive customer base to help streamline supply chain management and reduce costs. Vistant products include a wide range of highly automated supply storage and dispensing machines that help reduce consumption, automate reordering, eliminate mission-critical stock-outs, and reduce inventory.
