Praxair Introduces Bulk Ammonia Delivery System With Industry Leading Flow Rates
DANBURY, Conn.--April 23, 2001--Praxair, Inc. announced today it has developed and commissioned a high flow bulk ammonia system with flow rates up to 3 times higher than current semiconductor industry capabilities.
This proprietary system(a) incorporates heat control technology and associated system controls that deliver previously unachievable sustained flow rates of over 600 standard liters per minute, peaking at over 900 standard liters per minute. In addition, Praxair's newly developed system reduces cost of ownership and capital costs.
